This page describes how ImpactStage processes the personal data provided through this website.

Data controller

What data we process and why

The use of your email to send you the requested summary is independent of consent to receive commercial communications from ImpactStage, which is optional and not ticked by default.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting each form and, where applicable, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request. Consent for commercial communications is collected separately and you can withdraw it at any time.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a client relationship begins, for as long as it lasts and for the applicable legal periods. If there is no relationship, the data is deleted after a reasonable period of commercial follow-up.

Recipients and processors

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service, we share certain data with providers acting as processors: Hostinger (web hosting, Lithuania), where the forms are processed and stored in restricted-access files. The assistant uses an artificial intelligence service from Google (Gemini), to which only the messages you write in the chat are sent; the data from the contact request form is not sent to it. If you accept analytics cookies, Google also acts as a processor through Google Analytics (see "Web analytics" below). Each provider processes the data only on our instructions and with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact address given above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

We apply measures to protect the forms: client and server validation, submission rate limiting and storage in locations that are not publicly accessible.

Web analytics

If you accept analytics cookies in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to find out how many people visit the website and which pages interest them (with anonymised IP). Google acts as a data processor. If you reject or do not decide, it is not activated. You can change your decision at any time from "Cookie preferences", below, or in the cookie policy.
