Production direction
Full direction or specialist reinforcement: technical coordination, assembly, operation and dismantling, with control of time, budget and milestones.
Production · Operations · Measurement
We plan, direct and measure festivals and large events so that every decision arrives on time and every edition leaves a better system than the last.
/ Problems we solve
ImpactStage steps in to turn that complexity into an operation that can be steered.
/ Services
We step in where planning, production and information must work as one system.
Full direction or specialist reinforcement: technical coordination, assembly, operation and dismantling, with control of time, budget and milestones.
The function that keeps the operation integrated and allows management by exception: master plan and dependencies, critical path, milestones and control gates, budget and forecast, risks and change management.
Suppliers, internal and external teams, accreditations and access, control centre, incident management and real-time decision escalation.
Initial diagnosis, objectives and scope, feasibility, budget, assembly, live and dismantling calendar, suppliers, flows, risks and decision structure.
Operational close, deviations, incidents, indicators, profitability, audience experience, lessons learned and improvement plan for the next edition. Dashboard and report prototype shown as a demonstration.
Impact diagnosis, prioritisation, action plan, measurement, evidence gathering and improvement between editions. Preparation for more complete assessment processes.
/ Ways to work with us
We can take on different levels of responsibility. The scope is configured after reviewing the event, its calendar, the available team and the operational complexity. We don't work with rigid packages.
/ Method
PLAN → LIVE → IMPACT
We design an operation that can be executed.
Diagnosis, objectives, scope, budget, calendar, venue and flows, suppliers, teams, risks, sustainability plan and decision system.
Possible deliverables Operational plan · control budget · schedule · responsibility matrix · risk map · protocols · indicators.
We are where things happen.
Production direction, assembly follow-up, supplier coordination, time control, operational meetings, control centre, incident management, decisions, communication and monitoring of the live show and dismantling.
An event doesn't end when the lights go out.
Economic and operational close, analysis of deviations, incidents, results, sustainability, lessons learned, final report and actions for the next edition.
/ Depth
Decisions, milestones, cost and risks. Management sees the whole picture and decides by exception.
Master plan and dependencies between areas, critical path and integrated calendar.
Deliverables, owners and interfaces between teams and suppliers.
Lookahead, tests and readiness: checking that what is critical is prepared.
Runbook, control centre, incidents and handovers during the live show.
Results, causes, actions and a base for the next edition.
Before moving forward, committing resources, starting assembly or opening the doors, we check that the critical conditions are truly ready.
/ Working system
Behind every intervention there is the same working architecture. We integrate planning, operations, data and sustainability so that management sees the whole picture and each owner knows what to deliver.
Operations under control.
Own operating system, ready for pilots
Data that keeps its meaning.
Measurement system, ready for pilots
Sustainability turned into verifiable requirements.
Criteria and assessment system, ready for pilots
Three systems. One operation. One single view to decide.

5 answers. A first orientation. Ideas to improve.
Quickly assess five relevant areas of your event and find out where you are making progress and where it makes sense to act first.
Self-assessment · instant calculation in your browser. It is not an audit or a certification.
/ Frequently asked questions
The sooner the better, especially if the event is growing. In PLAN we help leave the operation designed to be executed; we also join later, as reinforcement for an area or for a critical moment.
Both. We can lead the integrated production direction or join with a specific perimeter: a phase, an area or the live show itself.
The focus is music and culture festivals, roughly between 5,000 and 50,000 attendees, and large events that need partial reinforcement or specialist direction.
They are the three moments of the project: prepare and organise (PLAN), coordinate and execute (LIVE), and close, understand and improve (IMPACT). They are not products or phases of a tool.
Five areas: audience mobility, governance, energy, waste and packaging, and water and sanitation. It gives an overall percentage score, a level (Base, Advanced or Leader) and the area where it makes sense to act first.
No. It is a quick orientation based on five answers. A real assessment reviews evidence, more areas and the context of the event.
No. A high score does not grant any certification. Today, ImpactGreen allows you to define criteria, integrate actions, organise evidence and carry out assessments.
They are three connected internal working systems: operations, measurement and sustainability. They back the service; they are not sold separately and are not software.
Not yet. A future certification will require pilots, stabilised criteria, calibration, independent review and a formal scheme.
Yes. Our main focus is Spain, but we also work internationally.
After reviewing the event, its calendar, the available team and the operational complexity. We don't publish rates: the scope is configured case by case.
